Krista has spent the majority of her nursing career working in Geriatric home care and assisted living services. The positive experiences she had when working with older adults inspired her to expand her role from a home care nurse to a care manager. Krista’s greatest enjoyment working with older adults includes “looking at the whole person and helping to enhance their quality of life.” Her holistic and compassionate approach is evident in the care and commitment she shows to her clients. Krista has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College.

Kristin Bonner, MS, MSW-Candidate

Kelly has spent her career working with seniors in a variety of settings. She began her career as a case manager for the Massachusetts state home care program where she helped low income seniors remain safely at home with appropriate supports. She has also worked in assisted living communities as both a recreational therapist, as well as the director of the memory care community. She especially enjoys working with patients and caregivers dealing with the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Geriatrics from Boston College in 2003.

Assistant Care Managers

Kelly, a talented graphic designer, began her career with Aging Care LLC creating marketing materials for the company. She has since created Aging Care's web page, blog and Facebook Page, along with education materials for our Aging Care LLC Personal Care at Home Agency. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, Joanne has seen first-hand the challenges families face in trying to manage the care of a loved one. Her professional work experience includes acute care, home care, and assisted living. She has faced personal struggles in the health care system while caring for her own relatives. Joanne's extensive geriatric experience and personal care of her own relatives inspired her to create Aging Care, LLC. Her greatest satisfaction is obtained by upholding the rights and wishes of her clients, in the least restrictive setting ensuring their safety and highest level of function. Joanne has a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut. She is a certified Geriatric Care Manager and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Joanne is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. 

Sigrid Tantillo, BS

Sigrid is a graduate of Norwich University and has a BS in Biology. In addition, she trained and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army upon graduation from Norwich University and has since been promoted to First Lieutenant.   Sigrid’s previous experience includes operations in Medical Service Corps., and a Personal Care Associate in the fast-paced Emergency Department of Hartford Hospital.  She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the health care field.  As our agency Director, Sigrid is responsible for ensuring daily operations.  She works closely with our Wellness Care Coordinator and our Care Managers vetting, hiring and supervising our staff ensuring, the best fit to promote quality of life for our clients in their home. Sigrid is accountable to the agency 24/7. Her patient, kind, yet direct  approach, is most helpful to our client/families especially during a crisis.

Kristin Bonner is pursuing a Master’s degree in clinical social work from New York University, where she is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society. She expects to graduate from NYU in 2019. Prior to joining Aging Care, Kristin ran her own care management company for over six years and brings two decades of facilitation, mediation and case management experience to our team. Kristin’s attention to detail, breadth of experience and clinical skills makes her a strong asset to clients and members of the care team. Kristin began her career in the field of corporate social responsibility in Portland, Oregon where she mediated the interests and divergent views of companies and advocacy groups. She transitioned to geriatric care management after working in a hospice and palliative care setting and began receiving referrals for care management services. Kristin has additional experience working with foster families at the Department of Children and Families. She earned a Master’s degree in Community & Regional Planning from the University of Oregon.

Diane Wojick, BS, MA

Wellness Care Coordinator

Dianne is a graduate of CCSU and The Hartford Graduate Center. Her experience in the health care arena includes managing medical and workers compensation insurance as a liaison between the companies and insured/employees. 
Dianne is very familiar with the need for coordination and implementation of care for our clients. She has strong interpersonal skills and is motivated to accomplish every charge presented during her day. 
​At Aging Care LLC, she manages schedules, coordinates and facilitates agency operations, and supervises caregivers while interacting with our clients/families regularly.  Although Dianne is fairly new to the care management and home care world, she uses past experiences to shape decisions which provide the best care for our clients.
